Serviced Apartments in Old City Chiang Mai
Sunny Suites is a self contained building with only 4 suites. Suites are fully furnished with all the amenities you need to make Chiang Mai your home away from home. The suites are serviced at regular intervals and all utilities are included. The suites are available for either short or long term occupancy and offer a convenient location within the old city walls of Chiang Mai. We have two designated parking spots within the grounds of the building which are available on a first come first serve basis. Ample street parking is also available. Public transportation and transportation services are also readily available from the suites.
Amenities
All suites come fully furnished with either a queen or a king sized bed and furnishings. Modern furniture includes an HD TV, sofas and coffee tables and other amenities. The suites also come with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a cook top, microwave or oven. Each suite is tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained. Air-condition is available in all suites and main rooms as well as heated showers in all bathrooms.
The Building
The building in fully wired for internet and all suites include high speed internet (200 Mbps download/100 Mbps upload), Cable TV and water and electricity is included in all rentals. CCTV cameras have been installed in the outdoor spaces of the building for your security. A main security door will be locked in the evening and can be opened with your key card. Two on property parking spaces and ample motorcycle and bicycle parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Guest access
All suites have private access. The main gate of the suites is also locked after hours and can be opened with your key pass or key codes. Guests will have a private security code for entry. The code will be provided to you upon booking and can be used through the duration of your stay. Key cards will also be provided during the check in process. We have private secure parking reserved for hotel guests. Two spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.
Transportation
Public transport: walk to the main road, and you’ll always find some tuk-tuk’s waiting around the corner. Alternatively, you can hail a red cab (song taew), which will pass along this route regularly. Grab taxi is also widely available in Chiang Mai.
